Sibbald Fitness and Coaching offers mobile 1-2-1 Personal Training, small group training, online personal training, youth performance coaching, MetaFit and soccer coaching in the Fairfield County area. Sessions are delivered from Immaculate High School in Danbury or private gyms in both Ridgefield and South Salem - alternatively we come to you, with a large selection of training equipment so sessions will never be boring! Catering to all fitness levels and clientele with goals ranging from fat loss to body composition, sport specific coaching, half marathon training or to those new to exercising get in touch and we can get you on the road to reaching your goals!
